I had the pleasure to be a part of this exciting show where I worked one on one with a woman named Jill. (You can check out the episode airing THIS Thursday, January 26th on the E! Network at 8p.)
After losing both her parents at a young age, Jill coped with her loss through food. A lifetime athlete, she managed to lose the weight until she was sexually assaulted when she was in college and started using food to numb herself just so she could get through the day.
