I love Fall. LOVE it! How beautiful is it to simply sit back and watch as the season changes the world around us with a dramatic magnificence! Warm breezes getting cooler, day turning to night earlier, and leaves becoming an array of warm colors and crackling underneath my daughter’s feet as she jumps into heaping piles of them. I’ll admit, I jump in them too when I get a chance!
Last week my little girl turned two. She partied like a rockstar.
It was so beautiful watching her play full out and fully embrace her special day. Come to think of it, she does this every day. She doesn’t need a special occasion…
TGIF Gorgeous! It’s been one of those crazy busy weeks for me – seriously long work days sprinkled with countless appointments, meetings, and birthdays (my daughter is 2!). Knowing how easily I fall into stress patterns (and poor eating and exercise habits that follow) I decided to do things a little differently and it was hugely successful!

The show was all about increasing your lifespan and Dr. Travis Stork revealed that you can add up to 2 years to your life by simply eating 1 cup of raw veggies per day.
