It’s been awhile since I’ve written.
As you may or may not know, the last few years of my life have been some of the most transformative I’ve ever experienced. Crazy, really.
And that’s a good thing.
I got married, traveled, experienced loss and grief, made new friendships and let go of others, battled mental health demons, and finally closed down a toxic relationship with my mother, for good.
Oh there’s one other thing… I’ve been on a pretty epic journey for the past couple of years to redefine the nutrition and health coaching industry and essentially, take it to the next level.
No big deal.
As you know, a health coaching certification program is what quite literally saved my life.
On the darkest night when I couldn’t hold up any longer, I made a pact with God that if I overcame my physical and mental health issues, I would pay it forward.
As you can imagine, it’s important to me that I hold up my end of the bargain.
So, I did.
I didn’t do it alone (go team ITN!). And it’s amazing. So much better than I ever could have imagined!
And now, I am so grateful to wrap up this project and turn my focus back to helping people discover how to heal their bodies, minds, and hearts.
You see, during the two (very long) years I spent recreating the nutrition and health coaching certification program at the Institute of Transformational Nutrition (ITN), a lot of things shifted inside of me.
Writing all of the new content and transferring the information from my brain to videos, guides, and other educational tools reignited my passion for helping people.
I am so excited to get back to not just guiding people to discover what they’re really hungry for but also to help them use that information to go feed themselves.
I’ve even started working on a new book (details to come!).
What I realized during this transformative time is that what I’m really hungry for right now is helping people be less of who they think they “should” be and more of who they could be.
In fact, my mission is to inspire people to be more than they ever thought they could be.
I have learned a lot over the course of my time on this earth and I think it could help you.
So, I’m going to share it with you.
I’ve also screwed up and I don’t always get it right.
I’ll share that with you as well.
You’ll start to see my name and face in your Inbox (if you want! And if you don’t, you can simply unsubscribe from my list, no hard feelings).
You’ll start to see me transition into using my married name, “Cynthia Garcia”, as it truly expresses the heart and soul of the woman I have finally evolved into.
I’m so grateful to have you as a part of my life and a part of my community. It’s been so encouraging to see the amazing comments and emails I’ve received from people like you – supporting me, loving me, accepting me.
At the end of the day, I’m just a poor girl from the Appalachian mountains who never stood a chance. Except that I’m still standing.
Want to stand with me?
If so, stay right here.
Leave me a comment below and tell me how I can help you do that.
What can I share with you that will help inspire you to become more than you ever imagined you could be?
And what do you need to overcome to feel like you deserve that?
I’m humbled by your support and grateful for your love.
