1. Eat 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day.
2. If I&#039;m going to splurge, I do it early in the day. This way I have the rest of the evening to work it off by walking my dog.
3. Healthy snacks like my favorite combo: yogurt and an organic fiji apple</description>
