According to Self, Vanessa warms up for 5 minutes, then alternates between speedy, 20-second bursts and 10-second slow-downs eight times for a total of 4 minutes.
Stand with feet hip-width apart, a weight in each hand, palms facing thighs. Squat down while lowering weights toward feet. Return to starting position. Do 12 reps.
Start with your feet hip-width apart. Crouch down and with hands planted, jump with feet behind you to land in a plank. Hop feet back to hands, and then return to standing position. Do 20 reps.
