The Secret Ingredient for Staying Slim

Put some lip gloss on and pucker up, gorgeous: it’s vinegar! Researchers in Japan found that consuming 3 teaspoons of vinegar a day can help reduce body fat and weight by up to 30%!  Now, obvi you don’t want to drink vinegar by the spoonfuls (though some have done it), so here’s some delicious ideas to implement it into your daily diet:

[li] Use it as a salad dressing – Blend it with coconut oil and some seasonal berries to take away some of the bite [/li]

[li] Mix it with water – Add a teaspoon to a glass of water, add a squeeze of lemon or lime and a few drops of liquid stevia and drink up!  This is surprisingly yummy! [/li]

[li] Add it to soup – A sweet veggie soup, like butternut squash, is a perfect place to hid a teaspoon of vinegar.  You’ll never taste it!

[/li]

One quick note about vinegar… balsamic vinegar is acidic to the body and can throw off the pH balance (not good) so choose other options, like organic apple cider vinegar, instead.
