Now, obvi you don’t want to drink vinegar by the spoonfuls (though some have done it), so here’s some delicious ideas to implement it into your daily diet:

One quick note about vinegar… balsamic vinegar is acidic to the body and can throw off the pH balance (not good) so choose other options, like organic apple cider vinegar, instead.
