3 ½ cups quartered strawberries
2 ¼ cups nonfat milk
¾ scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sprig fresh mint
1 ½ teaspoons sugar substitute
Place strawberries, milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and mint in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 shakes.
