After 49 pounds and a life changing journey, and hard work, I can look back and feel proud of myself.  I feel cortable in my clothes and my body again and most of all I have my self-confidence back.  Before this journey I was so unhappy in myself.  If you asked me 4 months ago if I will lose this weight I would have told you no, I don’t think I can do this.  I can and I did. I was like every other fat person who thought “no diet works,” “I was just made to be fat,” bla bla bla. As a part time photographer and a full time mommy of three, I didn’t ever have time for myself.  After I had my last baby I told myself THIS IS THE TIME FOR ME!!! I took action. I saw the P.I.N.K. For over 15 years I had wanted to lose 50 lbs but never could.  I would lose 10 but gain it back and then some.  I tried pills, I would work out and not eat right or eat right and not work out, Slim Fast, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, everything I could with no results.

I started PINK Jan 2 & as of April 2 I am down 30 pounds.  I still can’t believe it myself and look at the mirror every chance I get.  I am SO happy, excited and shocked.  It is a wonderful feeling to finally be in control of my body & self.  I have more self confidence and want my husband to see my body instead of hiding it!

I have completed PINK and will be starting Preservation tomorrow!  I started at 178.6 and weigh 124.4 today! I’ve lost 43 3/4 inches in 5 months and 2 days!  I just wanted to thank you for changing my life forever! I have never felt better! I have clothes from highschool that fall right off me now!  Who would have thought that was possible!? I sure didn’t! But it is, PINK is absolutely amazing!!!  I have done everything under the sun to lose weight and your plan is the only way to go!   Thank you from the bottom of my heart for changing and saving my life!

Thank you so much for creating the P.I.N.K. Method!!   I started out at 140.2 lbs on Jan 2, 2011 and today I am 116 lbs.  I have lost approximately 18-19 total inches.  And I have lost approximately 10% body fat!!   My cholesterol was 217 and today my cholesterol is 170!!
All this AND I just turned 50 years old!

I never thought i’d post the pic on the left. i was so ashamed that day, and it’s too bad because it was a really good day! That was me at my heaviest… VERY close to 300 lbs. the pic on the right is me now, 75 lbs lighter, and halfway to my goal. Just a little reminder of how far i’ve come and how much happier i am today. :-)

I was on lots of medications for fibromyalgia, sleep apnea and eczema that caused my hands to be raw. I was miserable in so many ways and just kept eating all my issues away until I reached 265 pounds!

Once I decided to start the program I made the choice to come off my medications.  I no longer had to use steroid ointment because my hands cleared up 100%. I can touch the people I love without them feeling the scratchiness and moistness of my open wounds.

I also have noticed that my acne on my face is getting better maybe not as quick as my hands but still way better.  Plus, my IBS has not acted up since being on this diet.
