This is really a fabulous diet for anyone to follow.  You certainly shouldn’t be starving because you get lots of whole grains, lean proteins, and generous servings to fill you up.  You also are eating 5 times a day so around every three hours which should keep your blood sugar from spiking and that should help keep away cravings.

I’m not sure what the “Clutch Snack Pack” and “Clutch Supplement Pack” is but they’re probably just a proprietary snack and supplement package that Conrad puts together for you.  I’d love to know if any of you have any info!!

For more on Conrad’s diet (including the hour long sweat sessions that she claims burn more than 1,000 calories per workout) pick up the latest issue of Us Weekly on newsstands now.

Really, fab? I figure if 90% of the continent doesn’t know how to even pronounce it, then how the heck are you going to find it. Kale, Quinoa, What is that never heard of it. Black Cod, Really it can’t be white Cod or Green Cod, how about yellow Cod. Vanilla Almond Breeze Milk? Really?. 3/4 cup of Barley, exactly how do you eat that, like a horse or do you cook it somehow. Seriously, the only reason this diet probably works is because 90% of the stuff in this diet tastes like crap and furthermore it would take you a lot of leg work to find all of this stuff so you would probably burn a lot of calories on hunt.

You have never had Kale? Try shopping in the fresh veggies section sometime — skip the frozen pizza aisle.

and some people are just ignorant. have you really never heard of kale or quinoa or of cooking barley? if you really haven’t, use google and learn something rather, rather than just sitting on your fat ass complaining.

I drink Almond Breeze Almond milk…its at the grocery store! Its not hard to find. Kale isnt hard to find either…and it is so good for you. Baked fish and and dark leafy greens ought to do it…doesnt have to be specific.
