Kelly Osbourne is looking amazing these days! She’s all the talk of New York Fashion Week and now she’s revealing the secrets of her amazing transformation!
The Dancing With The Stars alum lost 28 pounds after her appearance on the show and has continued to lose weight since then by changing the way she eats. Kelly says,
“A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going.
They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack – like half an apple or something like that – before you go to sleep really helps.”
But don’t think Kelly has forgone her workouts! Her choice? Pilates.
“Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I’m even starting to get muscles on my tummy – it’s incredible”
Kelly says she’s having an amazing time with all the amazing fashion ensembles and even took to the catwalk herself for Betsey Johnson and took part in a charity fashion show to raise money for Haiti.
