How Jessica Alba is Honoring Her Body and Getting Back in Shape After Baby

After giving birth to baby, Honor Marie Warren, on June 7, 2008, Jessica Alba was determined to lose the weight she gained during her pregnancy and get back into shape! Thanks to a consistent workout with trainer, Ramona Braganza, and eating sensible meals, Jessica is slimming down and toning up fast!

The star is following the 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone! plan from Ramona Braganza which combines 3 Cardio Segments, 2 Circuit Strength, and 1 Core Segment all in an efficient fat burning one hour workout five days a week. As for her diet, Jessica – who is breast feeding – is on NutriFit’s meal delivery plan of 1600 to 1800 calories a day, according to Us Weekly.

She’s definitely looking fantastic these days and has seemingly moved into being a hot mom with ease! For more information on the 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan, check out Ramona’s official website.
