Brooke Hogan is stepping out of her famous father’s shadow and she’s looking great doing it! The reality show star has recently shed 10 pounds and says she’s feeling better than ever. Brooke told Life & Style Magazine her secret saying,
“I’m very healthy. I eat super clean, all organic.”
Her diet consists of several small meals and snacks daily including favorites like tuna with low-fat mayo, grapes and walnuts and salad, fruit and almonds. The Brooke Knows Best star says,
“I eat whenever my body tells me I need something but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs.”
But, as we all know, it’s not just about diet. Brooke’s workout routine is pretty intense as well! She works out six days a week, usually in the morning and often with her super-fit dad, Hulk Hogan, and does 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weightlifting supersets (back-to-back reps). Plus, she works on her core with tons of crunches to round out the workout. As you can see, all this hard work is certainly paying off!
But, it’s not all just a fit body that Brooke says she’s developed recently. She now has a healthy attitude about her body saying,
“Sometimes I want to be a thin model. But I’m happy with my body – I think every girl looks at herself and wishes something else. I know I’ve got a beautiful body!”
It’s wonderful that she’s been able to develop such a healthy attitude at such a young age while in the crazy entertainment business! I’m impressed!
