I’m a total juicing fanatic! I have juiced everything from spinach to grapes and love every minute of it!  Lately, it’s been so hot here in Los Angeles that I’ve found myself wanting a cool, refreshing drink with lots of flavor but minimal calories.  So, I started experimenting with different juices and found this one that’s absolutely amazing!  I call it my Watermelon Lime Refresher and here’s how you make it:

Ingredients:

1 Medium Watermelon (preferably seedless)
4 Limes
Ice

Directions:

1.  Start out by completely juicing the watermelon.  I use a juicer but you can also throw cubes of watermelon into a blender and then strain the pulp.

2.  Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice. (You should get 8 glasses.)

3.  Cut each of the limes in half and squeeze the juice from each half into one glass.

4.  Garnish with extra lime slices, chunks of watermelon, or even a bit of mint leaf.

5.  Enjoy!!

Simple, easy, and it tastes so wonderful – all for less than 50 calories per tall glass!
