Gwyneth Paltrow "Pigged Out" While Shooting New Film

Gwyneth Paltrow loves to eat!  At least, according to her trainer, Tracy Anderson.

While shooting her new film, Love Don’t Let Me Down, Tracy told Us Magazine,

“She loves to eat. She pigged out.”

“She did gain weight. We took her training down from six days down to three days a week and she just ate whatever the hell she wanted.  She ate all of the weight-gain culprits.  She loves bread and she loves cheese.”

So has Gwyneth been able to take the weight off?

“It’s all off,” says Tracy.  “To get her back to shape, we bumped [her workout] back to six days a week.”

Gwyneth currently does two 45 minutes of dance aerobics and 45 minutes of Tracy’s muscular design program (which includes swinging from bars on the ceiling). Tracy says her routine is intense enough for Paltrow to keep eating “fried chicken, cheese and bread.”
