Gwyneth Paltrow Ditches Restrictive Diet For Kids

Gwyneth Paltrow has ditched her notoriously strict diet since becoming a busy mom.

The Iron Man 2 star has become a poster woman for the macrobiotic diet plan, and once endured punishing exercise and yoga regimes to keep her slender figure.

But she’s given up on her ultra-healthy lifestyle because she’s too busy running after daughter Apple, six, and four-year-old son Moses - her kids with rocker Chris Martin.

She says,

“I was macrobiotic for a long time and then, when I had kids, it sort of went out the window. I still believe in eating organic food and whole food but I eat cheese and wine and fried (food) now.”

Did you change your strict diet or workout habits when you became a mom?
