Miranda Kerr’s Healthy Secrets for Radiance

Ask Victoria’s Secret model and Aussie beauty Miranda Kerr for her beauty tips and you’ll find that she maintains her camera-ready looks quite naturally. Miranda, who is currently writing a natural health book for young women and has formally studied health and nutrition, swears by noni juice (the juice of a Tahitian fruit)  for radiance.

“I’ve been drinking noni juice for the last 12 years, my grandparents introduced it to me. I am not the same without it – it does incredible things for my skin,” she told Popsugar.

Not only does Miranda request noni juice whenever she is on location for a photo shoot, she also favors green tea, peppermint tea, kombucha and goat’s milk. But noni is her favorite- especially for traveling:

I drink noni juice and lots of water before, during and after a flight and I try to do some yoga on the plane if I can. I’ll also meditate and listen to Deepak Chopra on my iPod and just focus on my breath… all of this rejuvenates me.”

Clearly Miranda’s grandparents were onto something great when they recommended noni juice! And the health-supporting habits that Miranda follows to maintain her beauty are certainly worth our attention.

All that hydration is just what you need on an airplane trip, because of the dehydration involved. Never heard of noni juice. Wonder if it tastes like somehting in the pineapple family? Sweet? not sweet? Melonie Dodaro has a book out, “The MindBody FX Lifestyle,” that talks about the mind-body connection as it relates to weight loss. It’s got some good, thoughtful information on nutrition, self-esteem, energy, weight loss, emotional eating, and understanding how metabolic imbalances can prevent you from losing weight.
