Khloe Kardashian Loses The Weight With Help From Kim

Khloe Kardashian says she’s super happy with her new body thanks to big sis, Kim Kardashian. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star says she started emotionally eating when her parents, Robert and Kris Kardashian, were going through a divorce and her weight has been a roller coaster ever since then.

“I was anorexic when I was 15 — I’d be obsessed with working out, and I’d never eat.  That was the worst I’ve ever been. I’ve been very underweight and then overweight by about 30 pounds.”

“People [even in more recent years] would come up to me and be like, ‘Oh, you’re the fat, funny one.’ I would wonder, is that who I am?”

Khloe enlisted the help of sister Kim and worked out about 45 minutes a day, five days a week, and maintained a balanced, practical diet.  As a result, she shed 20 pounds from her 5-foot-9 frame over four weeks!

“We both have a sweet tooth and keep each other’s snacking habits in check. Just having someone’s encouragement makes it so much easier.”

Of course, Kim’s is happy to help and tells Life & Style Magazine,

“I’m so proud of Khloe. She looks amazing.”

    Khloe is still fat…so is Kim…Sure their waists are smaller, but you can still be a “skinny-fat”…unless they start eating healthy and *gasp* exercise…they’re gonna just get fat again, they need to quit this damn yo-yo dieting…

    please stop with the fat this fat that that word is thrown around to casualy. im a plus size woman and im sick of hearing the word fat. especialy to woman who arent! kim kardashian is a size 1 or 3 now ! she is not fat! she wasnt fat when she was a 5 or 6. when r you considered skinny when you have crap in a bad because your muscles detoriated? you know all that matters is you try and eat healthy and excerise 3 times a week. if you do that and you dont look like lady gaga so what! you r meant to be this way. your not suppose to starve your self or have it consume your life. stop calling people fat! who arent! and stop paying so much attention to other people and worry about yourself. and skinny fat makes no sense! i agree eating healthy and exercise r sooooooo important but keep it healthy. and dont let anyone call you fat!
