
Supermodel and new mom Gisele Bundchen showed off her post baby body after a workout in Studio City, California earlier this week.
As you might recall, Gisele gave birth to her son Benjamin (the happy dad is NFL star Tom Brady) last December in the couple’s Boston penthouse.
The supermodel recently told Vogue she “gained only 30 pounds” while carrying Benjamin but “felt like E.T..”
Her trick was to remain mindful about what she ate.
“I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals.”
As for her workout, Gisele says,
“I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week.”
