A study from researchers at the University of Pennsylvania have stumbled on the answer and it might just surprise you!

A recent study at the University of Pennsylvania says YES!  Losing weight can make you happier!  People who lost approximately 8% of their body weight in 6 months felt their depression symptoms improve!

I’ve also seen this firsthand with many of my clients.  You can also count on increased self-esteem and bucket loads of confidence!
