Bar Refaeli is no stranger to being a sought-after cover model but when she landed the cover of Sports Illustrated, the supermodel says,
“It was my dream. Now that I finally got it, it’s a once-in-your-life thing. I take it all in and enjoy the moment while I’ve got it. It changes your life in an instant.”
She has an amazing attitude and outlook on life but it took a little more than that for this beauty to land one of the most coveted magazine covers in the world – she had to look amazing too! So, how does she do it? She discusses her diet and workout plan with OK Magazine saying that she uses a trainer does,
“A lot of crunches and rubber bands around my ankles, a lot of cardio and so I work out, but not very often unfortunately.”
What? Not very often? Ok, but say you needed to get in shape fast, what then?
“I’d probably like, four weeks, do cardio every day, running. Watch what I eat, but not starve myself. I bike all the time in New York City. I bike for hours. I can bike for eight hours a day and just go everywhere with bikes.”
She adds,
“Just in general, I exercise because I believe in a healthy body with a healthy soul.”
