Eat Less and Lose Weight By Eating in the Sun

Eat Less and Lose Weight By Eating Outside in The Sun

Now that Spring has sprung and Summer is well on it’s way, you may be heading outdoors more. If so, why not take your lunch with you? Research has shown that people are less likely to binge in sunlight because they feel more self-conscious. This results in eating less which could result in losing weight! Yay!!

In addition, the sun exposure boosts the hormone serotonin, which suppresses your appetite, and provides Vitamin D, something most of us are lacking. So head outdoors and enjoy! Just don’t forget the sunscreen!

I find that if you eat small meals of 300 calories each 3 to 5 times a day. that will help you lose weight.
