Glee Star Lea Michele Credits Vegan Diet for Her Energy and Spunk

Glee Star Lea Michele Credits Vegan Diet for Her Energy and Spunk!

If you’ve ever watched Glee, you’ve no doubt wanted a little of whatever Lea Michele has – her spunk, her spirit, and of course her energy! In an interview with OK! Magazine, she dishes on where it all comes from!  The star says,

“I’m a vegan.  It makes me feel really good and bright. You need a lot of energy to play spunky Rachel Berry, so I’ve tried a lot of different things — and so far, this is working.”

“Right after I first made the switch to a plant-based diet people were literally telling me, ‘What have you done? You’re sparkling.’”

And there you have it!  If you want to be “sparkling”, try a vegan diet!  Try implementing gradual changes instead of going cold turkey and see what you experience as a result!

I tried being a vegan for 2 weeks back in college and the only reason I think it didn’t work was because of my workload and lack of determination. Now that I’m much more mature and open to it, I think I can make it work.
