Adriana Lima Shares Her Exciting New Workout

Adriana Lima is hands down one of the healthiest, sexiest models in the world.  The Victoria’s Secret Angel says she’s tried everything to stay fit but wanted something new and different.

“I tried running, I took spin classes, I tried yoga.  But I needed something to challenge me.”

And, it looks like she’s found it!  The supermodel has joined fellow Angel, Marissa Miller and has taken up boxing!

“It’s my favorite thing to do because it’s always exciting. It’s the best type of cardio that you can do. And you build up muscles without being too big.”

With more and more celebs turning to boxing to maintain their amazing physiques, the results of the sport speak for themselves!  Look for a class at your local gym, boxing club, or pick up a DVD to do in the privacy of your home.  Happy punching!
